I'm Tyler Briggs. For more than a decade I've been the finance leader inside the kind of companies private equity builds: scaling revenue, integrating acquisitions, and answering to boards and sponsors. I started on the capital side: REIT accounting, fund structuring, and underwriting at a family office and as the founder of my own advisory practice. I learned how investors think about risk, return, and what actually makes a business worth buying.
Then I crossed over to operations. At Panoramic Health, an Audax-backed healthcare platform, I integrated acquisitions in a high-velocity roll-up. At Semper Fi Heating & Cooling, a Pulte Capital-backed home-services company, I served as President & CFO and helped scale the business from roughly $30M to over $100M in three years.
That combination, investor discipline and operator scar tissue, is rare. Most fractional CFOs have done one or the other. I built Growth by the Numbers to give growing companies access to both, without the seven-figure cost of hiring it full-time.

- Led M&A strategy and executed the company's strategic acquisition end to end, from diligence through post-close integration.
- Built and ran the finance function from scratch: FP&A, board-grade reporting, KPI dashboards, SOPs, and a weekly operating cadence.
- Directed a multi-entity $100M+ P&L and a 50+ person finance, operations, and technology team inside a 300+ FTE organization.
- Implemented ServiceTitan and Power BI, cutting reporting cycle times by roughly 30%.
- Negotiated banking, insurance, and vendor terms for $2M+ in annual savings, and partnered with the board and PE sponsor on capital allocation and exit planning.

Drove financial integration inside a $450M, Audax-backed nephrology platform spanning 3,400+ employees nationwide and acquiring $20-30M of add-on practices every month.
- Integrated the platform's add-on pipeline at a pace of roughly four practice acquisitions per month, coordinating data migration and systems setup on tight schedules.
- Built KPI frameworks and post-integration assessments that cut variance roughly 20%.
- Partnered with Finance & Accounting and the Integration Management Office, leading a 15+ person cross-functional team.

Operated inside one of the original iBuyer platforms at national scale.
- Built national holding procedures and managed renovation scheduling for 500+ homes, with ~250 cycling per month.
- Modeled customer-acquisition cost and daily holding costs across MSAs, sharpening unit-economics visibility.
- Partnered with PE leadership on the financial models behind investment-committee decisions.
